Built from hands-on repair experience.
Nanotech Solution started as a small money-earning computer service activity in 2017 during high school at SMK Tunku Mahmood Iskandar (MAHIR) in Parit Saidi, Johor. At that time, the work was still small and did not yet have an official business name.
The early service work came from practical needs around computers and user devices, such as software setup, system checking, basic repair, formatting, installation and helping people solve daily technical problems.
In July 2023, Nanotech Solution became officially registered under SSM. From there, the service became more organised while keeping the same repair-first mindset, check the device properly, explain the possible cause clearly and suggest a repair path that fits the actual condition.
Today, Nanotech Solution handles computer, laptop, printer, phone, software and hardware-related services. This includes Windows and Microsoft Office setup, backup and formatting, OS reinstallation, RAM and SSD upgrades, cleaning, malware removal, printer setup and remote support using tools such as UltraViewer and AnyDesk.
